These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of Pilates machines and accessories offered by Naura Pilates.

Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

3. Products

The products offered are:

The essential characteristics of the products are described on the sales materials (website, quotes, catalog).

The visuals are non-contractual.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€):

  Excluding taxes (HT) and/or including all taxes (TTC) as applicable
  

Naura Pilates reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

The price applied is that in effect at the time of the order.

Delivery and installation costs may be invoiced additionally.

5. Order

The order is validated after:

  full or partial payment
  

Naura Pilates reserves the right to refuse any order in case of dispute or prior non-payment.

6. Payment

Payment can be made by:

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer.

Deadlines:

Naura Pilates cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control (carrier, customs, etc.).

The customer must check the condition of the package upon delivery.

Any anomaly must be reported immediately.

8. Installation

Installation of machines is not offered.

The customer must ensure that:

  the space is suitable
  
• 
  access is possible (doors, stairs, etc.)
  

Any unforeseen complex movement or installation may incur additional costs.

9. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law (if private customer):

  10-day period from receipt
  

Conditions:

  product unused

  returned in its original condition
  

Return costs are borne by the customer.

⚠️ Exception:

Personalized or custom-ordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

10. Warranty

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and hidden defects.

A commercial warranty may be offered depending on the products.

Not covered:

• 
  improper use
  
• 
  normal wear and tear
  
• 
  lack of maintenance
  

11. Liability

Naura Pilates cannot be held responsible for:

  improper use of the machines
  
• 
  non-compliant assembly (if done by the customer)
  
• 
  indirect damages
  

12. Retention of Title

Products remain the property of Naura Pilates until full payment.

13. Personal Data

Collected data is used solely for order management.

The customer can request the modification or deletion of their data at:

14. Intellectual Property

All elements (catalogs, visuals, product sheets) are protected.

Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

15. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
